Bookings & Reservations

All reservations are processed via RoomRaccoon. A booking is only confirmed once payment requirements have been met.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are determined at the time of booking. Failure to comply may result in cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies are as specified during booking. No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 14:00
Check-out: By 10:00
Important: The reserve gate closes strictly at 19:00. No late arrivals permitted.

Child Policy

No children under the age of 13 years are permitted.

Guest Conduct

Guests must behave responsibly. Damages will be charged.

Wildlife & Safety Disclaimer

Guests acknowledge risks associated with wildlife and stay at their own risk.

Liability

The lodge is not liable for injury, loss, or delays beyond its control.

These Terms are governed by South African law.
